1. Agreement to terms

By purchasing or accessing the Freight Blueprint course ("the Course"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Course.

2. What you receive

Your one-time payment grants you lifetime access to the Course video lessons and downloadable resources for personal use, including future updates to the material. Access is provided for your individual use only.

3. License and restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view the Course content. You may not share, resell, redistribute, record, or republish any part of the Course, or provide your login or access to others.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The Course is a one-time purchase of $197 with no recurring charges. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us. After 30 days, all sales are final.

6. No professional advice or guaranteed results

The Course is educational only and does not constitute legal, financial, or business advice. Freight brokering involves risk, and your results depend entirely on your own effort, market conditions, and execution. We do not guarantee any specific income or outcome.

7. Third-party tools

Freight Blueprint is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Highway, DAT, or Ascend TMS. Any references to these tools are for educational purposes. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and pricing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freight Blueprint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
